What does an artist, an entrepreneur, and a billionaire have in common? They all start their mornings at 5 AM!
It might sound crazy, but by following their story, The 5 AM Club (2018) will show you how you can revolutionize your morning, reclaim your life, and get more personal growth and passion out of the first hour of your day than most people do all week.

I woke up at 5am this morning, 2nd week on the trot.. Finished work at noon after starting at 7am and went for a 5 hour walk, played the full audiobook on 2 x speed and finished it. That’s another task ticked off this month. These early morning starts are amazing

Are you sleeping earlier or finding yourself dosing off at work? I find that while it's been nice to have so much time for myself in the morning, I end up being a lot less focused at work because I had already been active for hours beforehand, and my brain needed a break. It feels like everyday I was working overtime even though I wasn't... Really interested in hearing other people's perspectives.

What Mr. Sharma forgot to add was that waking up at 5:00am also entails a 10:30am, 20-30 minute 'Power Nap'. And then, in the afternoon, go out and get involved in fun activities. Surf, play Tennis, Shoot Hoops, Bicycle. Sharing with us to find an organization or group of like minded people to participate in these activities. I'm sure all of this, and more, will be included to his next new book called - 5 AM Club for those over 50. 😉

True legends know that they can create extraordinary things Waking up at 5 is the one way to break mediocrity Prefrontal cortex temporarily impaired or silenced Preprogrammed to secrete more dopamine and serotonin To be on top of game we must make commitments (huge competitive advantage ) History makers : 1.4 areas of focus Capitalize on talents you have and make difference 2.Distraction step away 3.Day stacking - few tasks completion each day . 4.Persoanal mastery 2.75 hours daily on a skill investment . Four interior empires 1.heart set develop emotional wellbeing 2.Health set 3.Soul set - focus on oneself . 20 2020 formula 1.20 min move 20min reflection and solitude - journal + meditate 20 - knowledge Sleep : Sleep well + don't look at phone decreases melatonin Sleep hormones

While starting your day early 'could' help your life it's a bit of a stretch that a billionaire only became a billionaire because he got up early? A billionaire 'type' has a boatload of familial, life exposure, education and psychological traits that drive someone towards the accumulation of wealth as a goal. Traits that are as rare (for obvious reasons) as a billionaire is.

Always enjoyed your summaries. One suggestion could you consider slowing down the speaker's reading speed...because the current normal is a tad faster than normal, while reducing it via YT option of 0.75x makes it slower than normal...so please consider this. Thanks so much
