I m 73 y old I my weight is 83 I’m acidic person and elergy to cucumbers any melon capsicum till after noon I m not feeling so hungry but after evening night I feel so hungry in dinner I can’t take so less and early so what I should do because I wants loose weight but can’t do it I’m doing exercise every day 1 hours

Hello mam, mai bhi 4 years ago apse motivate huyi thi aur maine bhi 25 kg weight loose kiya, jab app tik tok par aye tabhi se apko dekha aur socha k agar apne 95 kg se start kiya to mai kyu nahi kar sakti, uske baad lockdown me maine bhi weight loose kiya. Maine 75 kg se start kiya tha aur ab 52 kg hai. Aur thodi si belly fat abhi bhi hai aur mujhe belly fat k exercise bataye. Thanks a lot ❤.
