“SUMMER HITS” Challenge ☀️🏖️💪
Today's Routine:
Leg and Glute Toning Routine with a Resistance Band
15 minutes long
Closed or open resistance band (experienced participants should choose a high-resistance band). Mat or towel.
The Summer Hits Challenge is back by popular demand from our Fabulous Participants, with a few new twists! 😎
This time, the sequences will last 15 minutes, and just like last year, we’ll use equipment that can easily fit in a suitcase or be bought at your vacation spot.
It's clear that vacations are for relaxing and reducing activity as much as possible, but I believe there's time for everything-both activity and rest. Since many of you have made exercise a habit and tell me that your body "craves it" even on vacation, I've created these short routines, no longer than 15 minutes, to quickly energize you and leave you with those positive feelings that training brings on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
P.S.: I know it’s only summer north of the equator right now, but summer will come for my Southern Beauties too, and they’ll be able to use these routines as well. 😉
