Combat Menopausal Flabbiness 🏋️♀️💓: Exercises for Glutes and Abs 🍑👙
MENOPAUSE. STRENGTHEN GLUTES AND CORE. With and Without Impact, 30 min.
We continue with the Menopause series, and this time the routine is focused on the middle and lower part of the body, specifically the abdominal wall, back, glutes, and complete legs.
It's a Strength training in which we will use dumbbells. In my case, 3, 5, and 7.5 kilograms. I would recommend using different weights if possible, as the goal is to progress and increase the intensity level for each exercise within the same routine.
The correct execution of the exercises and posture are very important, so pay attention to my instructions during the training, and also to the breathing, which I will remind you of.
