How is keto going? Ive been struggling to lose this year, so just gave up trying to lose and focus on eating properly. Most days just carnivore and I eat 2 meals a day. This is working for me as I am maintaining and dont feel deprived. Loads of fatty steaks, chicken wings and eggs really keep me going and keep me from going crazy about my weight. Im going through a lot of stress, so just dont have the energy to get my head around weight loss. Rather, my body is healing, Im eating well and feel I feel great. Way back when, your carnivore challenges inspired me and now I cant believe I made the switch. Its liberating and I dont crave carbs anymore.

Agreed with the importance of walks or workout in the morning...it sets the tone for the day in my case. I tell myself if I'm dragging my feet is "just do 10 minutes"....if I don't feel like keep going I can stop. Honestly the most difficult part sometimes is to get dress property for the weather sometimes.

The plan sounds great….we ll revive our enthusiasm when we struggle….but why are you not more transparent about your summer results…..yu were losing before you left for vacation and reported your progress…..what can you not report the gains if any so we all can understand that we repeat the same patterns and need accountability…..personally it would be more helpful to me, as I’ve had a summer of family etc too, and gained 7 pounds in the process….just would like the honesty….thanks

Your comment was the same as mine last year, and the year before I think. I don’t blame her for struggling during the summer, we are all human, but just be transparent about it (if you’re making videos about it anyway). Sounds like she did struggle with her summer goals. I’ve always said that she could share her glucose and ketone numbers instead of what the scale says. But she doesn’t want to be that strict.

I suggest you go back and watch all Jess’s videos. To my knowledge, she has never used meds. She also has a heart condition so personally I don’t think using meds would be a good idea.

Summertime is harder or anytime with extended time with loved ones. (At least for me) ! The celebration with my family usually includes great food as well. 😊 we’ve had multiple grands in our home and the eat different than us. I said all this to say I understand how difficult it can be. When you lose weight and gain it back and lose it again like a bouncing ball your skin is going to lose its elasticity and you’ll have loose hanging wrinkles skin. You won’t notice until it’s in your face. Did you know fasting will help shrink saggy skin.. how will you like to have to fast instead of being diligent with your diet and going off the reservation with eating.. if you really want to lose just do carnivore you stay full and don’t temp yourself with all the yummy recipes … try it listen to Dr Berry on carnivore.. don’t be a bouncing ball.

Why come to someone’s channel and get mad or annoyed and make comments because that person gained back some or all of the weight they lost? Like how is that fact affecting you as a viewer?
