Looks delicious. I saved your recipe to make if I ever find gorgeous tomatoes like yours. Not an easy feat in NE Florida. There’s a gorgeous farm stand called County Line about 45 minutes from me that I’ll be visiting for sure. Might I suggest using a serrated grapefruit spoon to carve out the *CAVITY* of the tomatoes? I think it would work better and be safer. As always, thanks for your fun video. By the way... where are you guys geographically? I totally get a Florida or California vibe from you. ❤️
