Love Sumo anything. Just did sumo goblet squats today. Great instructional video with some definite food for thought.

Thoughts on single leg (with or without balance support), B-stance, Bulgarian, and kickstand RDLs for single leg variations? Any recommendations?

All fantastic! Depends on the goals and what you're doing. From a topical level, all of those variations are sick and I'd highly suggest giving them a go for 3-4 week periods to assess which you respond best to. Try out different volumes/intensities and don't be afraid to push them hard even though they're often programmed as "accessories". If you have specific Qs about programming them, lmk!
