Sophie, a month ago I was fasting for Ramadan, and i lost 4kg (which is bad for me) plus stopped working out. I couldn’t find the motivation to go back to my routine and then I found you on youtube. I find myself struggling more when I just prep anything because I don't wanna cook when I'm tired and I finish eating stuff that doesn't satiate me or that I don't really like. If you find the mugs too big for coffee you can use them for soup as well! Idk about in Holland but in Canada I've had giant mugs and there purpose is for soup! :)

Hi Sophie! Just an extra tip (besides the celery and carrot one that someone mentioned) if you wash your berries too early they ripen quickly and go bad fast! It’s best to wash them right before eating. Also, if you would freeze your dates on parchment paper first and then place them all in your Tupperware, it would save some space and time ☺️
