I received my pressure washer kzbin.infoUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP over the weekend and decided to wait for the sun to come out before firing it up. Was needed to clean the deck. Our last pressure washer broke a couple of seasons ago, and I just hadn't replaced it yet. This one had great comments, so here we are. It was easy to assemble, and the trigger wand is comfortable and easy to hold for long periods of time. The pressure washer worked great and made quick work of the "TN North side algae" that inevitably grows every year. I also washed all of the deck furniture while I was at it... it all looks great! So far I am happy with this purchase. I plan to climb the ladder to wash siding over the next couple of days, will update if I have anything else to add after that!

Thanks for the review! I just picked one up on clearance at Walmart today for $50…not a typo, $50! I’ve been looking for a power washer lately to do my cars, this one had a clearance sticker on it for $150, but then when I scanned it in the Walmart App, said it was $50! I couldn’t get to the register fast enough, and it scanned $50 at checkout just like the App said it would. Picked up a foam cannon too and plan to use Adams products with it.

I paid $95 shipped, with the brushes, and wheel/ rim brush included. For that price, I think you can forgive its flaws for non professional detailing. Most of the people who watch are not using these products for their day jobs. I'm able to purchase a foam cannon, and other attachments like extra length hose and still not pay the equivalent price for the ryobi or other brands you mentioned. I have no doubt the other brands are better, but when you find these products for less than half the price, I think you can easily forgive its short-comings for people who just want to wash their cars, driveways, houses etc. The auto shut off, detergent, tank etc are also nice features along with the two levels of pressure power. As I said, for most people I think something like this is just fine especially when you can find them for far less. If it was purchased for retail price which is equivalent to the active or ryobi models, then sure the latter models are far superior for equivalent pricing. I think that's the only thing you should mention, because even you purchased it for 70+ dollars off the msrp. For that price, is it usable with its worse output? That makes it an entirely different comparison, and remember most of your viewers are not running detailing businesses.

I have the Ryobi 1900 and bought that based off of his recommendation. Good unit and probably really good for mobile detailing when you’re trying to use less water as it has a lower gpm while still getting the job done. Ended up getting a Greenworks 2300 Pro also based on his video and the increase in gpm is a real game changer. Makes a noticeable difference.

Thank you! So for just my at home pressure washer for my cars, would you still say the 1600 ryobi would be the best option? Cant find the regular Active 1800 in stock anywhere and don’t wanna throw up the extra $50 on the CAT version

I ordered 3 yamatic gauges on Amazon. Tested Active at 3.7mm provided nozzle. One said 800 psi, the 2nd 1000psi, the 3rd 1150psi. So my biggest issue is the inconsistent gauges.

Sun Joe SPX4600 issues with Flexzilla hose. Josh have you every had this problem. I purchased the Sun Joes spx4600 and the flexzilla 50' house as the blue one you recommend was not available at the time. Everything works great until I get about 5 minutes into the project. I all of a sudden lose all pressure and even when I release the trigger, the machine (still running) will not resume pressure. If I replace with the factory 20' house I do not have any issues. Would there be a problem with the hose or do you think the over all length could be the issue?????
@imjoshv3 жыл бұрын
Did you get the adapter? Sun joe uses a m2215 and the hose (and most other pressure washers) use m2214 so you need the adapter or it will leak and can cause that issue

hello mate. can u test a "real" pressure washer ? +2gpm? thx. nice job :D
@imjoshv3 жыл бұрын
The only ones that have 2gpm is the active pressure washers... kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2esqqSbj7Zsick Otherwise you have to go to gas... I havent reviewed any gas pressure washers yet but ill look into it!!
@raymondsiewert27203 жыл бұрын
You need to test the unit "as is" , with different size Orpheus on the coupler for your hose may change the GPM. Test the unit as it comes for the tested spec ' s . Not knowing what the bottom dial does is very unprofessional . I know it is for soap dispenser . Your 14 mm hose coupler reduces the GPM to 1.1. With the 15 mm equipped hose it will put out 1.5 - 1.6 GPM . Don't modify a product to do your testing !
@imjoshv3 жыл бұрын
Wrong the 14mm hose adapter does not change the orifice to 1.1. It’s wide open 14mm not 1.1. The 1.1 would be at the tip which does affect the gpm but the hose doesn’t change anything. We do the tests for every pressure washer with the same hose to get consistent results. And because the hose that comes with these units are terrible, they kink and they are too short
@imjoshv3 жыл бұрын
Also I explain in the video that the lower dial is for the soap. I give honest unbiased reviews, and don’t appreciate being called unprofessional. If you don’t like it don’t watch

He is telling you these things based off of car detailing. And where many will just say "it will or won't work," he tells you also how to make it work for you. This is great, if you get it cheaper like I did or even given to you. Making it work for your purpose, is better than going and paying full price. And marketing is deceiving at almost every level nowadays on these packages!
