I ordered one of these off Amazon, first thing at boot up. BOOT , I sent it back. Ordered what I thought was another android box, came in, it too was a T9, guess what, connected it, boot was on the display, there it stayed. Came in this morning, sent back this morning. If you get one of these though, as soon as you get it, if it happens to work, get a spare usb thumb drive, 32Gb or so, do a back up, then if it crashes, all you have to do is flash from your backup. Learned this from other android media boxes. I will not keep something that will not boot up from factory.

The thing that I don't understand, how to connect laptop to T9 box. I assume, we need 1 USB cable with type A male in both end. It is not common cable, very difficult to find. Is it correct?

A usb3 cable should work too iv always used a usb2 lead though.The shorter the lead the better.

What is the problem you have? Does the box boot at all? Did you try to flash the fw ?

@@mrvictorlau The first place to start is to make sure the PSU is ok and working as they often fail.If its working you can try to flash the box again.Everything you will need is below FirmWare androidpctv.com/firmware-tvbox-t9-rk3328-v8/ Driver assistant chinagadgetsreviews.com/download-rockchip-driver-assistant-v4-5.html RK factory tool geekbuying.mediafire.com/file...yTool_v1.6.zip The FW is very easy to flash as on most rockchip devices (No power lead is needed) 1.Download Fw to pc 2.install the rockchip driver assistant (Click uninstall driver first then install driver) 3.Install RK factory tool & run it with admin rights 4.Load FW into RK factory tool & press run 5.Locate and press recovery button on tv box 6.Connect USB lead to the USB port closest to the SD Card slot 7.Flashing will start if you have installed the drivers correct
