Because it's light, and because he's pushing it hard. He's clearly driving the Cayman at like 60%. He could shave off 1.5 seconds off that time if he didn't drive it slow on purpose.
Since I don't know Japanese my guess is they're saying the S402's steering is too fast and light and it's suspension has excess yaw, pitch, dive and squat. The Audi's steering is slower but more predictable. Am I right?
