super clod build ...whats the hold up ???

thank you..its a tedious build, found out the electronics do not fit this truck at all. wires too short, on off switch doesn't fit, now have to customize a bit in order to get it fired up..wasnt expecting that but should prove to be interesting..

@@loosewheelsrcSorry to hear :/ I got the Hobbywing 880 and yeah, the wires are a bit short. I think I've not fitted the switch yet.

Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to see it fully built. I don't know what to think of this color scheme. I like the gray, but not so sure about the light blue. I have the Super Clodbuster with the dark blue color scheme. I ended up dying those parts black. The black edition is supposedly getting re-released this year. I wish I can afford to get one, but I'd probably rather save up for a TXT-2 since I already have a Clod. 😊

@@loosewheelsrc long story, but I'll try to keep it short... 😅 I was bidding on a Juggernaut off of eBay to try and get as a Christmas present for myself back in 2015, my best friend told me not to get it, and surprised me with a Clodbuster, but I had already won the bid. I ended up finishing the Clodbuster first, because the Juggernaut didn't have all the parts to finish her up at the time, so she got shelved, until now. I'm putting her together and with the help of the 3D printer that I inherited from the same guy that bought me the Clod, I'm designing parts to finish her up, and started filming this project, so I hope you watch it. Back to the Clod, no special mods yet, but I sold the stock body for a TBG 1989? Ford F250 body to try and replicate Bigfoot #4. Also sold the stock motors and esc, and got some cheap 3100KV brushless motors, I had to enlarge the side holes to be able to house a 3S LiPo battery. I'm swapping part from it to put in the Juggernaut since she's also shelved for right now, due to broken part, but I'll be reviving her hopefully by this summer. So I hope you stay tuned for that! 😀
