Baked Panettone using your recipe today. Turned out very good. Was using a recipe that had double qty of butter than yours and the dough was very runny and difficult to manage. Yours was perfect and tasted just as good! Thank you for sharing.

I m spending Christmas overseas this year, where there is no pannetone, l was looking to find a the recipe, but knowing that l would probably not make it because it is a difficult recipe, but then this lady came up on the screen and OMG her voice so calming!!, I sat through the guide..... usually l would have flipped on to the next clip..... very nicely done.... you should make any time of year unless certain ingredients are seasonal or for religious reasons (Christmas). Shops seem to only carry in at the end of the year in north america that is because there are set dates for certain food fashions/traditions.... Home cooks are lucky as one can make whatever when ever and be creative with the ingredients.

Hi Geet,We can make them in a regular bread loaf pan like a fruit bread. We need to wait for until the bread dough rise well(final rising) .It will take longer than a regular bread dough(may be 2 hours or more) .And the baking time depend on the size of our pan. All the best for making wonderful fruit bread.

Hi Princy,To get the real panettone look outside and inside we need the tall paper mould.And we will find it difficult (if we use cake mould) while trying to cool the panettone as well. So I recommend you to make it in panettone mould itself.
