Many of the islands took a bit of a beating but they’re doing just fine and well on their way to regrowth. The shell piles are pushed so far back into the mangroves due to the wind and waves, we’ll be shelling out there on the storm piles for MONTHS! Hope to see you out there! Stay safe.

Actually the Ten Thousand Islands is open. We launch from Marco Island but the islands we shell on are open and recovering very well. The water is already way better than it was after the storm. All those wonderful filter feeders in the estuary are doing a great job 👍👍
