Super Simple Egg Cake
Chinese Style
Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
40g Icing Sugar/any superfine sugar
60g Cake Flour
5g Canola Oil
Baking Instructions:
180C (Preheated)
W/fan 165C (Preheated)
Baking Tips:
1. Make sure to use super fine sugar to get a fluffy meringue.
2. Whip the eggs and sugar for atleast 12-15 minutes.
