I started watching the fine Hanson models 10 years ago and I still have haven't found anyone that could produce such detail and if there is someone out there I would like to know about this type of quality I just haven't found it yet. Thank you Mr Hansen . you inspire us with such attention to detail

To the 36 ignorant individuals who disliked this video, go have your oil changed at the local lube and run because you obviously are not mechanically smart or you would of given this man a thumbs up for not only the video but for the sheer knowledge that it takes to fabricate such parts and understand how a diesel engine works, not many humans have this kind of gift and you 36 that thumbed down certainly even have less than whats needed to be a decent person.

Man, you've built this engine and finished it so smoothly it's actually confusing my brain, it feels like it should be much bigger! Then I see your fingers next to it and my brain struggles to accept it haha. The surface is perfect, no paint build it, no tool marks that could give away its size, just perfect.

You can see the cam gear drive almost coming to a stop, and make a slight "click" at compression stroke when it is running slow, if you have ever heard the "rattle" of the manual transmission in Ford Pickup with 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel, just as the vehicle is starting to move...its that same gear "Clash" of the main shaft and counter shaft within the transmission. - VERY COOL

WOW that is something. chuffing away like it does, chuff chuff chuff low speed and "high" speed... low is nice can see the little parts working better.

Find, how are the ferrous metal parts finished to prevent rusting? Are they plated in chrome or nickel, or are they polished stainless steel, or plain steel shot in clear coat?
