They spent years trying to refurbish this building did all that work and didn’t include a/c now they want people to give up their life savings to live there just because you were able to take some nice photos you didn’t put any nice photos of the 70year old boiler or pipes no pictures of the rodents running around because the whole riverfront area is infested with rats you can ignore that and you’ll pay all that money to live there you can’t even walk in the neighborhood over there you can’t walk to the gas station or to the corner store it’s not safe it’s not even safe to go out to your car that’s a notorious place for getting robbed

I’m sorry I’m a detroiter I always hoped that they would redo that building and give it back the respect it deserves. But to find out they wouldn’t even update, basics like heating and air condition. They want all that money but they won’t even invest in their own future. I’m not saying they didn’t do anything they just didn’t go about doing it the right way and if they want to keep it original that’s fine whatever

A good friend of mine had a unit there for over 10 years, but actually sold it about seven years ago. It was a great building. The unit was fabulous but the building basics , plumbing heating and air-conditioning are not in the best shape in the building and that is serious, this unit needs to be upgraded badly too, when you bump in the property taxes and HOA you’re talking a lot of money. It’s a lovely building however, in a great location on the river, but you better have deep pockets

I looked at a unit in this building before purchasing mines & it's a Nice historic building, but it's very pricy for the location & amenities & very OLD MONEY looking. Also the monthly HOA is 1K+.

I really live this place. Its huge and roomy its just Maybe something is wrong with my eyes because I've watched this video several times. She said it's a 3 bedroom, but she only shows 2. Am i wrong?

It’s 3. So the room that you saw with the washer dryer in it, that’s a bedroom as well with the bathroom off of it. Plus the 2 at the front
