Man I miss Al so much 😪 this channel is awesome 👌 don't get me wrong seeing Woody spread his wings and was Al's choice to step back....this channel has found its neich and is going well....but I miss the nerdy stuff that only Al can bring making something out of nothing making stuff work when it shouldn't.....

If you are not using a interchiller I would recommend a big arse push fan, or 2, on the intercooler heat sink/radiator to help with the low speed loads that a 4WD would see in the bush. I run a HTV2300 on a LS1 and has issues with high IAT, coolant temps were fine, but, basically cruising around in traffic, seen IAT of 50°C, and up to 80°C on occasion when under load for an extended time due to heat soak. I went interchiller to fix this, but maybe I just needed a big arse push fan to help. Meh, the interchiller keeps my IAT to normally around 25°C and maxes out at around 30°C under extended load Keep up the good work, and yes "cars are fun" Monitoring your IAT will dictate what is, or isn't required when loading the big girl up in the bush

Woody, an observation on lighting: I saw that floodlight dangeling from the hood. You might wanna look into getting a lightstick that clamps onto the hood. It's low profile and shines light across the whole width. I think they are called "car underhood worklight". ✌️

What pressure does the auto run compared to the power steering.? I think the high pressures can be 300psi for autos, and 1500psi for power steering, but I don't know what the pressures are on the return lines.

wiring was awesome and interesting with Al , no disrespect to tommy but i miss al even more when electrical is being done, and dare i say Al seemed to get most of the parts ordered right wheras woody is having to send lots of parts back and made the mistake of leaving the parts in the box without checking them out thereby causing delays!

@@theskidfactory I absolutely respect the personal sacrifice you have made both financially and at the cost of family life but it doesn't change my statement. Measure twice cut once for instance with ordering parts and spending a couple minutes checking what you were sent is the least people deserve.and as for the AL thing it's like people preferring old school cars over the crap electric Jesus is peddling . And yep I am prepared to have people bash my comments if it stings enough to maybe helping you get better just to stick it up me because you do deserve to succeed! Maybe talk to rich from deboss garage and try to snag the southern hemispheres first diesel electric conversion like what he is doing. Great content and a huge Potential business .
