The reason why Cyborg's defence system sensed danger in Clark because he saw the future which Kryptonian ship already warned them about, begging not to resurrect him. Thus implying that the future (the epilogue) he saw, where Superman becomes evil is confirmed to take place. Flash's words, Kryptonian ship's warning, Cyborg's defence system. They've been warned so many times. This movie is so.. deep. Snyder cut just answered every damn question.

To be honest after all the superhero movies in the DCEU like wonderwoman, man of steel, the dark knight and aquaman dc really started made them look weaker when they work together in justice league i mean batman was really good in batman v superman but in justice league he looked REALLY REALLY REALLY useless when they brought him back in justice league
