She was in Sonic Heroes, one of the last good Sonic games before Shadow started the dark age (she was in that game too), I think she was in every Riders game, she was in Generations, arguably one of the best Sonic games since the dark ages, and she was in Sonic X since around the 2nd episode, even playing a big role by defeating Emerl. She even had a trophy in Brawl and Sm4sh and a Spirit in Ultimate. They clearly haven't forgotten her, and neither has the Sonic fanbase.
