You can tell, she’s not super super skinny, she does have a fair amount of fat on her. Actually if I saw her outside I wouldn’t give her a second glance as she looks quiet healthy on the outside, it’s just that she’s eating the wrong foods, all of the energy drinks etc. and not balanced enough...

@@GherkinBitchs Throughout the series there have been quite a few super-skinnies where I just thought they looked like a regular person with a bad diet. Sure they're skinny, but not to the point I'd worry about them from a glance. Not the same with the heavies though, they're all amazingly fat.
@GherkinBitchs5 жыл бұрын
Vedma Buruxova Yea they’re all really big...it just proves that a person exterior appearance can be deceiving though, because although we would look at a larger person and immediately know that they’re unhealthy, however a lot of the slim people on here could pass off for healthy when in fact they’re anything but, like she said she doesn’t like vegetables? @@zomgkb exactly, Julie also critiqued her own overeating. While watching this, the female narrator mentioned Julie’s weight on two occasions but never mentioned Zoe’s. Hmmm, I wonder why, perhaps she thinks Zoe is fine the way she is ??? When they show the supersized participants they tell us how overweight they are, but rarely mention how underweight the super skinny are. Would be nice if they were treated equally, both have eating disorders, and glossing over the underweight participants is the wrong message to put out there. And just in case anyone wonders, no I don’t have an eating disorder, nor am I overweight. It’s just that the comments posted regarding the overweight on this series is terrible. But, boy oh boy, the praise for the super skinny is ridiculous. Many, many, of the posters believe that the super skinny do not have an eating disorder, and that, is, absolutely flabbergasting to me. Anyhow, that’s just my opinion.

For sure. I'm the same way; I've got some other issues with eating but part of it is that I can't stand certain textures and smells + trying new foods terrifies me (its an autism thing for me as well) I cycle through the same few foods for every meal and people constantly diminish it by saying Im just picky. It seems to be a running trend with the women on the show (both super size and super skinny) that is never addressed, at least on camera. Saskia, who pretty much only ate Caribbean or highly spiced food and literally cried and couldn't stomach plain porridge despite being incredibly hungry, was highly relatable to me as an autistic person. I hope that there's support for them and discussions about potential sensory processing disorders behind the scenes.

Me too in on the spectrum and my mom brothers and my kids. My mom used to be skinnier than Zoe she needed to be force fed at one point. It's nothing to do with vanity. You can be born with it near enough. My elder has severe ASD and he doesn't even drink water. ... he can't be left alone for even 2 minutes or he's a danger to himself. He's not violent but he does things that would inevitably hurt him like walk into traffic. Anyway he has a severe eating disorder since age 1. Because he had severe reflux and combiner with other things. Till now we are ecstatic if he eats anything. He has a g tube. He was skin and bones. I'm wondering if it might be a case of obese people being shocked by seeing something more obese and disabled than them and not wanting to become that way, whereas someone with an eating disorder like anorexia might actually be inspired to lose more weight by seeing someone even skinnier than them, which is why thinspo is such a a big thing in the anorexia community. And I feel like it would be more difficult to find someone more underweight who can talk about 'if you continue you'll end up like me' like the extremely obese ones because they're lives take a different course, because they'd either still be denying they have a problem or already be dying or already be in recovery. You can't just find someone right in the middle whenever you'd be filming.

Fear is a powerful motivator. One of my wake up moments was having to go to the dentist after a summer of bad eating in 2020, doomscrolling and doordashing, not only did I feel weird in my car seat after not being in it for months due to quarantine, but when the dentist leaned me back to work on a molar I couldn't breath!!! I realized I was at an unhealthy weight and started watching my 600 lb life as a motivator to get my health back. It worked! I lost all the quarantine weight and more. This show is great because it helps you see how people perceptions are skewed...even when you lose weight your self image can remain quite distorted for a while.

@WaterKind @Annabelle @Clara Park .. I agreed that she was skinny. Some people are skinny because all they eat is air and some are naturally skinnier than others. That applies to the chubbier ones too. I compared her to the other superskinnies and she doesn't look extreamly underweight. She just makes the wrong choices in food, where she could eat healthier and eat some more, because her loss of appetite can be from the heaviness of the unhealthy things she eats. I want to remind all of you, that you are beautiful skinny or fat, no matter what, but your health is way more important. You may have no changes on your weight, but healthwise you have improvement.

Generally when cremation occurs while there is smoke it's really not that dense however when cremating and obese / morally obese person and it causes the flash heating/burning, you end up with a very dark cloud that comes from the crematoriums that almost make it look like the building is on fire.

@@clairewilkins1919 well I would disagree, it's not like that in France and Belgium. If the teeth aren't perfectly straight, people go fix it. I can 100% resignate with Zoe about the whole people bullying her about her weight in school AND having comments from family members. I never had an eating disorder in school i never remember hating or avoiding food i was just never hungry enough to eat a lot becasue if the anxiety i was feeling from being bullied and people calling me anarexic before i even knew what that meant. so it was just a vicious cycle.

Or only feeling comfortable eating one type of food because it was popular.. for example my group of friends only ate pizza with ranch and hot cheetos.. So I would have to stand in a separate food line for tacos or burritos or a salad and it would make me feel like I shouldn't pick eating the foods I liked just because nobody else in my friend group liked them.

I’m naturally really skinny (have a really high metabolism) I don’t look unhealthy but I am a little underweight and trying to gain weight. Friends have told me that other people think I’m anorexic and ask them about it behind my back which kinda annoys me... I don’t have any type of eating disorders just cursed with a high metabolism... It’s also annoying because I’ve mentioned wanting to gain 10 or 20 pounds and some friends were shocked saying they would love to be as skinny as me. I just HATE being so skinny! 😂

Do you really think that being accused of something that you don’t have is The same as being humiliated for being fat? Do you think it’s just as bad? Cause I don’t.

@@julesgainey9677 if you're being bulled for it. It still feels shit. Even more frustrating tbh if its something that's not true.
@kristadailey9525 жыл бұрын
@@julesgainey9677 yes, bc being called names like skeletor can be humiliating. People are bullied for being "too skinny" and yes it does just as much to a person as calling someone fat a name.

Daisy Cielo agreed, it’s just like every country some people are just born with messed up teeth. When I went to England I didn’t notice anything different about people other than their accents.

@ComZet: You sound like a very shallow person. Not everyone cares about the aesthetic of their mouths, some can't afford popper dental work. Your very rude, this is the type of stuff that causes individuals to have low self-esteem. I hope you never have to feel the way you put others down with your malicious commentary. Words can be vile.

Erwürgen Stich verbrennen ; Dental care in the UK is ridiculously inexpensive...unlike most countries.its covered on the National health...there’s no excuse to have rotten crooked teeth.
