Hey Harold!.. ( Tim Hanlon.. just on my wife's youboob account) I just got my Super Split HD the other Saturday.. I will be ordering your upgraded bottom cam follower set-up.. Now you need to work on a solution to that pesky sub-par roller bearing he replaced..

What do you use to clean your hands when they are full of grease, any products you like and recommend?

I use orange cleaners with pumice.Usually the Gojo brand

I believe it was. You could also use 10w-30
