Here's an exercise to help with a number of different areas. You can pick and choose whatever area you want to focus on, but the set up and execution remain the same. We are working on the mid-stance phase of gait here.
You might have a tight hip flexor, or need to engage your hamstring, or need to improve the swinging forward of one hip, or inhibit a lower back, or improve your arm swing, or train your head to remain neutral. These are just a few of the possible reasons for this. Or heck, you just want to remind your body which muscles to fire when during mid-stance of gait.
