Fitted this kit to a 300tpi and its great, no issues with fitting whatsoever. Excellent product and definitely impressed

Hi, are they still used today? Could you give me your experience after 2 years? Regards

Hey buddy I must say I have the same issues as you I installed my kid about three weeks ago went on to rise I was impressed with the performance yes the bike idle much better it had much more horsepower the bottom and was so much better big huge difference that I have to say but the problems that I had while I was installing the kit or exactly the same. Problem number one the bolts that they provide are way too short I had to get longer ones to ensure the relocation block better. Problem number to the hose yes they have to send or ship a separate piece of hose with It. With the space I also agree the injectors were hitting the oil pump and everything was squeezed around it there was not a lot of space I actually had to take out my rear shock in order for me to install everything without breaking anything. My last thing that I have to add to this is I took the system off not because I didn't like the performance but I noticed one thing when I checked after my second ride I took out the reeds and I want to see how much loop I have in my bottom crank case and I must say it was clean as a whistle I didn't see any oil nothing so I was afraid that because my 2020 model isn't mapped for this kind of aftermarket peace. I was concerned that I may break something so I decided to go back to the original set up and save a little money to get my self then you get ECU and then give it a second shot.

ive done this coversion on my 19 model. needed to do a top end including a barrel. couldnt get a tpi barrel so i used a carby barrel tapped a fitting in the back of it for the ccps and mounted the sure shot injector relocation. the only thing that was a pain was that i had to get a longer hose for the oil pump and zip tie the oil pump up under there because it wouldnt mount in the original place....... saying that the bike rips......

Was looking at this kit, glad I’ve seen this going to get the GET one instead.
@prestonthomas94062 жыл бұрын
You may already know it but if not the GET unit has to have the ECU re-mapped, at least according to Slaven’s Racing where I purchased mine. They do it for free though.

It has it’s issues also at least installation wise.

I purchased the GET block and it also uses the same type of o-ring plug seal in the case. My suggestion installing them would be to make sure the case hole and the plug are completely clean and dry and don’t use any lubricant on the o-ring which should allow for a better grip so that you can tighten down on them more without the slippage. Also, one of the screws that holds the reed valve block to the aluminum housing that goes through one of the injector holes also needs to be ground down in order for the injector to fit snuggly without any wobble which may very well cause a similar issue that you had. Anyway, I’m in the process of installing it on my 300 and for $360 I’ll have very little patience with the Italian company that makes them and the company that sells them here in the U.S. if it doesn’t work. My 2 cents.

Couple of quick questions 1- how come you didn’t remove the oil pump and just run premix no sense in running an oil tank if your injecting into the crank case? 2- I’m guessing the difference in the one injector port in the sure shot looking dry is possibly because the one injector the left one pretty much runs the bike from start up all the way through fuel throttle and the second injector the right one only squirts when the map calls for more fuel at certain rpm’s. It’s my understanding the right injector does not squirt all the time therefor you may notice puddling ( for lack of a better word) in the injector port and the other would be more dry. Not sure this is the case however just a thought.

I am doing pre-mix now, this is an older video. I went premix when I did top end and pulled the oil pump at that time. I didn't know the injectors worked like that in a stock setup. I know that when you have the new TPS split injector system and their ECU mapping they have unique phasing like that where only one fires until necessary. they specifically say that with the stock setup, pooling can occur for the reason you mentioned. So based on that, I feel like the stock setup should be firing both. Can I ask where you heard that from? In any case, I just installed the TSP split IRK system with their ECU map. I'll be trying it out hopefully very soon and doing a review. I want this channel to be all about sharing info and knowledge. So I appreciate your input/ comments

@@sundaymorningrides9142 ya I came across a video of TSP, “two stroke performance” out of Australia they mentioned the injectors as to how they worked in the stoke set up and when installing their injection system making sure the wires are connected properly because the right injector dosent squirt all the time.
