Porto Pollo is a very nice place and a superb surf spot. I have been there almost 20 years ago in summer times and the wind was really good. Next year I will go in april eventually because the wind is better in spring than in summer.

Porto Pollo is one of my favorite windsurfing spots in the Med. I stayed at hotel La Vecchia Fonte in Palau. Really nice hotel and town. I can recommend.

Nice Video, I would just recommend to go to Sardinia by car and if possible stay/sleep in it. Around this time of the year that's totally okay and you are relly flexible, there are a lot of spots beside Porto Pollo as well that are worth to explore, don't focus too much on it. We have just been there for 2 weeks and sailed on the west east and north coast. We will definitely go again 🤠

Wow! Thanks for the awesome video! I am traveling to Sardegna next month for Wing Foiling and was considering renting a small RV. You mentioned that it is forbidden to go to Porto Liscia with one... Even if you don't intend to actually camp/sleep there, is it possible to get there with the motorhome, just to spend a few hours sailing?

no, it has a height restriction at the parking and you cannot enter, only H1 is possible. 😢 for big cars you only can park at the big parking in porto pollo.

Spring time strong wind,in early summer medium wind ,look wind statistic,many spot around,is a beatiful place for watersport /nature/food,my gear for all condiction boards125l freeride/115l freewave/100l fsw/92wave,sails 8.2 freeride,7.1 freeride, 6.2 -5.7 five batten wave /5.3-4.7-4.2 forse batten,sometime need 3.7 not in my gear, go and enjoy the sardegna
