Just to be clear, you can't roll if the wave is behind you right? Only if it's in front of you? And thank you for the vid!

We if your in a real desperate situation I have seen people try but as they are not paddling towards the wave and have no speed they just get smashed ..but if your quick enough to turn around and face the wave and roll that is some help and or sit up and back through as you see on the video if the wave is not super large ..it surprising how well that works .. Sadly if all else fails and there is nobody near you push the board to the side and dive down ... nut thats the last thing we should do .
