1 kg of pork ribs
2 onions
salt
Black pepper
herbs of Provence
1.5 l mason jar
6 potatoes
Salt and black pepper
30-40g butter
Put in the cold oven
Preheat the oven to 180-190C
Bake for 70-80 minutes
After the specified time, turn off the oven and let the ribs cool in the oven for 20 minutes

2 cucumbers
