Hello Doctor, I have been following your KZbin video from California. Thank you. I have been skipping breakfast for about 6 months now. My first meal is at noon and dinner at 6 pm. My fasting glucose has reduced from 115 to 85. I don’t feel hungry at all. Way to go!

Dr Ma, could I take bread/noodle/rice for lunch or dinner then. I’m type 2 and skinny (still with light belly). 2 24 hour release tablet but manage to keep the blood rating good
I have been taking lots of fruits (emotional binging: can be upto 10 each day) lately due to stress . I had blurred vision last few weeks. I have a fasting blood sugar (after a lemon tea with stevia though) at 8.0 on 25/6/2024. I have cut nearly all fruits n carbs except yogurt with strawberries n execute OMAD that day. Fasting blood sugar falls to 6.9 on 26/6, 5.7 on 27/6, 4.6 on 28/6. This scary week has experienced that fruitose is really poisonous. I m thankful for Dr T Ma for the very resourceful and uptodate health information.
Dr. MA, What about I need to take supplements like Caltrate, glucosamine etc. in the morning, am I supposed to have full stomach for that? I live in Canada, my current index in the morning empty stomach reads between 7-8+, I am still waiting to see my family doctor inspite of my blood work done 23 of September . It's not easy to get to see doctors here, after he calls to let me know the results, still have to wait about 2 weeks. Would appreciate if you could give me some advice.
