Survivor - Predicting Jeff Probst's Least Favorite Player from Every Season

In this video, I continue on with the series where I predict Jeff Probst's opinions on Survivor players. This time predicting who Probst's least favorite player is from every season.

Shawna for Amazon is probably right, the cast has said post-season in interviews that a lot of them expressed wanting to quit multiple times but they decided to only show Shawna and later Jenna. It might also just be for storyline though, with the whole Shawna wanting to quit and then doing a 180 when the tribe swap happened, and with Jenna they might’ve been showing her lowest moment before her immunity winning streak and ultimately winning the season, sort of a hero’s journey kind of moment.

​@@esdeathisbae9480 The Hero’s Journey (or The Monomyth) is a storytelling structure and one of the story beats at the end of the second act, leading into the third act, is the Hero’s Lowest Point (though it’s also known as The Darkest Hour or The Abyss or The Ordeal or something else depending on your source, there’s a bunch of different people that’ve written about this and changed the terminology). This is, as you might imagine, the hero’s lowest point in the story where they have seemingly lost and are ready to give up, only to later persist and keep fighting, eventually coming out victorious in the climax of the story in magnificent fashion despite the overwhelming odds. That is what I am referring to here, the Lowest Point in Jenna’s story is meant to be her breaking point where she expresses wanting to quit, only to persevere and clutch out the win. That’s what I think they were going for by keeping that scene in the show. How successful the scene is is a completely different question. Personally, I think they should’ve just cut it as they did the other attempted quits on the season as it only makes her look bad, which is not good for the show when the winner looks bad, but especially since she has another Lowest Point on the season after Heidi is voted out and she’s left alone in the game. Though I also think they included the scene to explain why Jenna gives her immunity to Heidi as it otherwise doesn’t really make sense to the audience and would just seem random.

For Gabon, it should be Kelly. He would literally insult Fang on recaps for keeping her over Jacquie. Also Julie is one of the quitters Jeff wasn’t upset about. And he absolutely hates Jason and Scot over Alecia on Kaoh Rong.

I was totally expecting him to say Scot AND Jason for Kaoh Rong. Calling Alecia Jeff's least favorite is completely inaccurate. He praised her SO MUCH for enduring Scot and Jason's bullying treatment towards her back in 2016.

Wanda was originally going to be on Guatemala along with Jonathan (2 players who got booted before the first tribal in Palau). The producers changed that plan to Steph and Bobby Jon after they became the last 2 standing in Ulong tribe and became incredibly popular (particularly Steph).

Lydia had such a great story too. She was targeted multiple times at the start yet made it to the top 4 and was voted out for being a jury threat. I think she would have gotten a bigger inspirational edit if she were on today.

Yes I’m pretty sure bb would have gone first in Borneo, kel would have gone first in the Australian Outback, I think Kathy might have gone first in marquesas, Janet would have gone first in the Amazon, I’ve heard in interviews that Sandra would have gone first in pearl islands ( that would have been interesting I wonder if they would have voted her back in as an outcast), I think hatch & rob cesternino would have gone first in all stars if chapera or Mogo mogo lost, Willard would have gone first in Palau, I wonder if Shane would have gone first in Panama if the older men lost, Mary probably would have gone first in Micronesia, randy might have gone first in heroes vs villains, Russell hantz could have gone first in redemption island, Colton might have gone first in one world, Colton very likely could have gone first in blood vs water, I had read rumors that kass was the first boot in Cambodia so maybe kass would have gone first in Cambodia

Bb went right home after being voted out I read somewhere that after Borneo contestants voted out prejury have not been allowed to come home except for in season 41 & probably for next season there was no pre jury trip probably because of covid & contestants that were voted out prejury were sent right home

I’m shocked Abi-Marie wasn’t on here because of how he kept calling her out for her lack of social skills and constantly sitting out of challenges. I find Varner and Colby on here hilarious because they were both his favorite players at one point and Jeff even had to fight to get Varner on GC iirc I’d agree on Osten being the person Jeff hated on PI, but I’d say its a tie between him and Lill. Jeff allegedly hated her being voted back in (apparently he wanted Burton and Trish voted back in and would’ve been ok with Nicole or Skinny Ryan) and causing Savage to be voted out.

I'm sorry but I think he hates NaOnka on Nicarauga. I agree he doesn't hate Purple Kelly but he really seems to dislike NaOnka even before she quits. As far as his dislike of Courtney, I think it's more of Courtney dislikes Jeff. And I personally think Jeff's treatment of her is unacceptable at some points.

He was really pissed at Greg buis after the episode 2 tribal council in Borneo he likes him now & he’s one of his favorites, I think he & production hated Stacey however I don’t think that Stacey’s exit was arranged, him & production hated Brian heidik, probst hates Jonny FairPlay however I think production likes him, he didn’t like Chris Daugherty, I don’t think he really liked Judd in Guatemala, I don’t think he likes Shane powers that much now, him & production hated lisi in Fiji he openly said that lisi will never return, I don’t think he really likes Corinne, I don’t think he liked Colton, I don’t think he likes mike Holloway now, he didn’t like Michelle during Kaoh rong but I think he does after winners at war

of course, they hate Nick lol season 40 went all in on Fire Tokens yet gave Nick (who had the most tokens) jack shit at the end of the game. think about this, Natalie (the first boot) collects the most Fire Tokens OUTSIDE the game, and gets to return at final 6, AND ALMOST WINS the game (using her Fire Tokens). Nick collects the most Fire Token IN THE GAME and gets a 'player disadvantage' AGAINST ONE PLAYER in an Immunity Challenge. Not a Super Idols. Not an Idol. A 'player disadvantage' lol no wonder this show is on the verge of cancellation.
