Yoga teacher in training here - this is super helpful to provide an illustration of the different muscles and how they move within space during this sequence. Being able to see muscles in motion has been critical to fostering my understanding of anatomy, so thank you so much for creating all these videos!!

So glad I've found this channel :) I'm an anatomy freak as well and I needed a 3d view of a human body to improve my bodily awareness. I love the break down into layers and the motion. I also enjoy the way you speak english :)

I love your new style. But I can't discover what muscles are in active or pasive motion.

thank you for your feedback,.. regarding your question about active and passive muscles, i say it really depends on what your focus is,.. if someone is looking for flexibility they d consider other muscles active compared to people that are working on stretching,.. and let’s not forget breathing muscles and their helpers as well as stabilizers,.. also the goal of a full body weight warm up sequence is to address as many muscles as possible, so I don’t know if it makes sense to highlight any group of the above named if they change every second,.. hope that makes sense

@@AnatomyLab Yes. It does making sence. I meant about something like : when the "red" muscule is in contraction, then the "blue" muscule ( antagonic) is in streched function.
