Very impressive. A combination of speed and precision, all done under the watchful eyes of the customers. There is no room for error. In Japan, the most senior chefs contribute a lot more to the dinner plate than in a typical high end Western restaurant (where the underpaid underlings do all the work and the top guys just supervise or make the final wipe of the rims (to clear the drips of sauces) of the plates before serving to the guests.

The first time I had sushi was when I was really drunk but ever since that day, I absolutely love it.

Japanese craftsmen hold sushi in front of customers, so they always work in a tense atmosphere. Since it is a raw fish, the selection of materials is carefully done in advance. There are more and more sushi restaurants around the world, but no country can imitate the sushi you eat in Japan. If you want to eat sushi, you should go to Japan. The world changes.

The art of sushi deserves to be preserved. I'm agree, kaitenzushi is a great idea, variety has rising sushi popularity, as the culture, sushi should evolve, but the traditional way is necessary, to appreciate it. Thank you Aden films, it is great.

There is no need to “preserve” the traditional way. Especially since what you see in this video is in no way the traditional way. Shit it’s less than a hundred years old. There where forms of sushi before the modern “traditional” way.

After watching this video, I want to take the first flight to Tokyo and go to this place straight from the airport. I worked and lived there for a year. Yes, Japan is no other country like. It is unique so is her Seafood Cuisine, par excellence. This is the height of gourmet and gourmand. That is the way food should be eaten right from the Chef's hands. Sushi Sashami is unique. There exists no other Dish. . .

Amazing. Every swift movement of the hands have meaning. They move with such dedication and purpose. The making of Sushi is an interesting form of art to me, and each painting, either crude or extravagant, is quite interesting. In this case, this is a masterpiece

I find this a fascinating comment, every skill can be learnt if you apply yourself. What the do is as natural to them as my job is to me and yet yet people wonder how. Time, dedication and the will to learn makes all things possible.
