Thank you for being so brave to share your story. I know that it can be hard sometimes being honest and open about issues like this, even with people you trust...so a huge well done to you! Take care xx

+Gillian L Aww thank you so much Gillian for taking time out of your day to comment. That was incrediby kind of you. As you say, it isn't always easy speaking out, but it is necessary to make positive change. If people didn't speak out people with mental health issues would still be getting incarcerated under "The Lunacy Act', and various other race and sexuality rights would still not have been addressed and changed. One conversation at a time Gillian. So, thank you for listening and replying to mine. 😀

Hi Gillian, that is my fault....sorry. I have never used KZbin messaging before and I think that I accidentally deleted it. I tried to retrieve it without success. However, the context of the message was to stress how strong you are and probably don't even realise it! It takes strength to be open and honest. It takes strength and courage to comment on a post when you have no idea what the response will be. It takes strength to admit that things aren't so good at this moment in time. And it takes strength, hope and belief that the storm will pass and the sun will once again shine :). I am in no way suggesting that life is or will be easy, but it will be worth it Gillian. ‘Always remember that, no matter how useless you feel, you’re someone’s reason to smile’ Take care of your lovely self x
