This is very beauitful! What a lovely home, and so much room for a family and/or guests. Love the swimming pool of course. So nice to be where it is quiet, and yet can walk downtown when you please. No need to take a car and drive and spend as much money on gas. Thank you Suzuanne.

In my opinion I think this place is stunning and beautiful, both inside and out. And such a great price for so much! I don't believe you could get a house like this for that price anywhere else but of course I could be mistaken. All the same I think it's terrific.

Love your videos Suzanne. I think you'd sell more properties if you recorded your voice over without the traffic noise. It sounds as though cars are racing past the property you are filming - and of course they are not.

A beautiful property with plenty of privacy on different levels. The main bedroom on lower level also has steps? As a retirement home for visiting grandkids and family excellent . I am a bit confused about that one...No opening windows in the kitchen except the velux which are not super easy for a kitchen, oil burner which will soon be baned in France and so will need to be quickly changed, no double glaze windows in any room, there is only one proper bedroom (the one downstair) out of 6, as you mentioned the others can not be mentioned as bedroom because of their size (french law), village property great but with no shop or amendities, closer ones are at 20mn...Interior is over dated and would need full renovation (very 70s80s style) so with all that said that makes it a bit expensive for a just pool ...Are the present owners aware and willing to accept offers coz there are few travaux to make? But then again that kitchen with no opening windows is kind of stressing me out...😢
