Changed pcv on mine and a world of difference. It was all gunked up..and it went back to 800 rpm by it self and no adjustment..87 with 100000 miles

@@deitzrudisill359 I was really hoping that was the smoking gun to my rough idle issues, I've never wished for a bad part so much but unfortunately it appeared to be working fine lol.

that looks like a awesome hole saw kit. had to laugh at the redo plastic spacer, i seem to do the same but somtimes more than twice.

@@numbskullskills dude the 2nd one did the exact same sh!t, I think that blade must be bent so as it spins it wobbles and makes the kerf bigger than the blade width.

If you had a 3D printer, most parts can be printed. I use petg filament.
@FixLife1193 ай бұрын
@@larry6315That's a good point, wish I had one. As much as I'm always jury rigging stuff together I'd prob get a ton of use out of one. Does it take a long time to learn how to make parts from scratch? I have no experience with CNC or G code.
@FixLife1193 ай бұрын
How much does one of those 3D printers cost? Not like a top of the line one but something that works decent? I might try to get one down the road someday. Maybe I could find a decent used one from someone who upgraded to a better one. Now you got me thinking about them. I could have made so many useful parts over the years, wonder why I never thought of buying one back when I had some money. When I was making those American flags out of aluminum channel I did buy a laser deal. It has an X and Y axis (like 14"x14") and works really good but the laser is too weak to engrave aluminum so I just have it stashed away in my closet. I wanted to engrave the 2nd amendment on one of the stripes in cursive or be able to customize people's names or whatever they wanted but like I said the laser was just too weak so that idea got sidelined.

@@FixLife119 Creality Ender 3 V3 SE 3D Printer about 200. you want a direct driver to print rubber known as TPU. I printed new rubber connecting caps for my windshield linkage. I printed fire wall and floor pan plugs. It makes it worth it, if you need a part that is discontinued.
@FixLife1193 ай бұрын
@@larry6315 Wow that's less than I thought. So the machine itself will do rubber or plastic, but if you get a separate driver, it has the capability of doing rubber? Thanks alot for the info!
@larry63153 ай бұрын
@FixLife119 you need to look for the one's that say direct drive. Filiment goes straight into the head unit.

I got black circle spacers what size thickness I can send ya them
@FixLife1193 ай бұрын
Wow thank you Paul. I think I'm good but might take you up on that later if I have issues with what I made up. Today I vulcanized the layers of rubber together and sandwiched a plastic ring in there to stiffen it. I like the idea of the rubber because it should seal well. Thanks again for the offer. I'm sure the plastic would look way more professional.

Hello!!! Congratulations for yours videos!!! I am Brazilian. I don´t speack English but I am learning. I have a Samurai 95. It doesn´t work the t case sensor. It doesn´t show on the panel the 4W4. Can you help me?
@FixLife1193 ай бұрын
@@Car0lineRuiR0drigues Sounds like it could be the switch or the bulb. I believe the switch provides a ground to the 4WD light bulb. If you have a meter or test light check for ground coming out of the switch when its in 4wd. If that's all good you could test the filament in the bulb for continuity. If it's open replace the bulb.
