So, Cui is, er, was as strong as Vegeta was on Earth. In theory he would have been every bit as bad as Vegeta in that fight. That being said, Cui is a coward, and Vegeta is proud and determined so I doubt he would have been able to deal with Goku's attacks just as well.

He would have been beaten by Kaioken X3 Goku. He doesn't have any transformation like Vegeta to give him a power boost but he would have absolutely ragdoll everybody single Handley before Goku arrives considering how strong he is.

Its honestly really, really scary how strong Frieza is during this saga. Like, if Goku and Vegeta's power levels are comparable to say a standard lake, and Gohan and Krillin a puddle, Frieza's power level in comparison to them is the entire Pacific Ocean. I don't remember if in any of the dub's if Frieza states his own power level, I think he does in the manga, and it is canonical, and trust me, NO one is even close whatsoever right now. For an idea, even if Vegeta had his tail, and transformed, making him 10x stronger, he still wouldn't even be half as strong as Frieza.

And I alreasy see the controversy between Americans and Non- Americans on Frieza's voice actor. The issue is that most Americans' first introduction to dragonball was Z. Dragonball wasn't introduced til later on. Apparently, obtaining the distribution rights was a serious problem in the United States. It even went through two other dubbing companies before finally sticking with Funimation. That in itself caused issues with airtime. Seriously, ask Americans about "The Loop."

Just so you know the dub is about the get a lot worse starting at episode 68. The original dubbing company only dubbed 67 episodes and then Funimation did the rest, but Funimation went back after the series was done and re-dubbed the first 67 episodes. But starting at episode 68 it’s most if the voice actors first time voice acting and it’s…pretty bad
