I tuned in as I was looking to see how to remove the Welch plug to adjust the fuel mixture. Dealer wants $95, and you had easy access.. I'm stymied! Appreciate the video as it provided what I needed to know. Thanks!

i put the dyno jet kit in mine along with a bigger pilot jet, drilled out the slide also. She good now.

When carbs get grimmie the needle starts to stick open a bit then a bit more and allows fuel to flow into the carb and when it's not running it will come out the overflow.

@@ChickenParm152 Yeah I don't control the weather either but I have a TRAILER and two sleds. Were trailering to northern WI, UP of MI and Buffalo NY. Don't tout yourself as a snowmobile enthusiast without a snowmobile. An explanation of why he didn't buy a sled would have been much more understandable than stringing us along. I really enjoyed his sled videos but he hasn't been honest with us. But I'll refrain from lowering myself to name calling.

When the plastic needle retainer fell out of your carb, a tiny spring went with it. It goes onto the needle at the top by the clip and is inside the plastic piece. You should probably replace this. Dont ask me how i know 🥲

Shim goes BETWEEN the plastic spacer and circlip on the needle. The plastic piece slides down and off the needle. You should really figure that out before you shoot your vid's. There is also a very small spring that sits on top of the needle but UNDER the white plastic piece that shot out of the carb when you took the cap off (at least on the newer models. Check your years carb schematics. It essentially makes the needle able to "float" in there .
