This exchange cannot be done on SSF models because the motherboard does not have the pins to connect the power button and the lights, these are integrated into the motherboard. Good video, thanks.

Hello great swap I did the same swap I used atx PSU with the 6pin to 24 pin adapter but it doesn't work my motherboard is dead now hhhhhhh I think I bought a broken adapter from AliExpress

If you use an adapter on an HP desktop and it doesn’t turn on, sometimes the PC BIOS disables it to prevent any damage. You can try removing the CMOS battery and then installing the original power supply to see if it turns on again. My PC also did not turn on several times when I tried to bypass a USB port error alert by using a jumper pin. Thank you.
