One of Britain's fastest middle distance ladies Adelle Tracey returns to the Sweat Elite KZbin channel shortly after winning the British National Indoor Championships over the 1500m. Adelle has a speed endurance workout on the agenda today accompanied by her boyfriend and training partners at St. Mary's in London.
The workout:
3 Sets: 4 x 400m.

as much as I enjoy all Sweat Elite videos, I really love the track sessions; make me miss my college/university track days. Adelle looked great on that 58-second rep. She held her form really well. I'm excited to see what she does this outdoor season. Thanks for taking us along.

I'm watching this for the second time and i really love this workout this time around iam going to do it like follow suit. Former PR mate, i just thwarted mine and i don know if i will dare to go sub 1:50 so soon🥴

I have just started running so srs and my inter University PB is 1:59 on 800 and on 1500 is 4:11 it seems as if we're on the same plane girls let's see who z is gonna crush our PB first 😃🇿🇼

@@cryptic2610way back i use to do it for fun like do roads no clock. Track just count laps. So i realized my potential when i competed at our college gala. Thats when i cruised that no one dared to follow closely on 800m. Where i first clocked 2:10.

@@maximusswagius7835 i have just crushed my previous 1:59 on 800 am now on 1:56mins. The same on 1500m reduced 4:11 down to 4:08... I'm a 23year guy but still running laddies time 😛.

My guess is to help her normalize overtaking to the finish line. More of a mental & confidence boost.
