I like the new division in the sessions as if we are doing several lessons in one session... I really liked the compound exercises, they were really excellent. It was a well-thought-out and well-done work... Thank you my friend, you did really well... I will repeat the session tomorrow morning... I really liked it💥💥💥👍🙋

Great workout...the cardio is excellent...the compound exercises were great...the music really suited me...I enjoyed the session...thanks for your efforts

I am enjoying the changes in your format! I also love the inspirational messages posted at various times!!! The cardio set was fire! 🔥🔥🔥 and the strength training portion was hard! I love it! Music was really good and always keeps my mind right! The mind is the hardest muscle to train.....thank you as always for the hard work you do in creating these workouts! Thanks for being there for us! ❤

Thank you for letting me know. I've gone back and done some of these workouts that I post, and I do think the new format is better. It's easier to follow, and allows for water breaks. Also, allows us to target more items, or keep our heart rate high. Great job as always, Terri. You are so amazing, and I look up to you as someone I want to emulate! ❤
