I really like these workouts because since I usually train at home they allow me to walk without having to go out. Going out is very good, especially walking and running if you are trained to run. But with this cold... walking at home I really like it.

Forgot to pop in last night and comment. I AM PROUD OF ME! I came in knowing this was cardio, sucked it up and decided I would NOT groan or grumble, and I finished all 40 minutes without doing either. I had to stop and breathe and maybe slowed down a bit but I pushed through and finished!

I loved this cardio workout, Sydney! What a blast! 💥The only step I have is a 12" box, so I used it for some of the moves, then did some on the floor. I loved incorporating the step, because I really felt the strength and burn in my quads! 🔥My HR was up throughout this workout, and I got nice and sweaty! 😅 Just the pick me up I needed and wanted this Saturday morning. Thank you so much for another awesome workout! ❤
