Hello, here is it - The traditional way of making Khoya/Mawa is by simmering the full fat milk for some hours over a medium flame. Milk is reduced to one-fifth of its volume by removing its moisture content through a slow cooking process. After evaporation when the milk reaches semi-solid stage. What all left behind is a creamy, dough-like milk solid, and that is Mawa/khoya. We will surely try to make a video to create more knowledge about this simple yet helpful ingredient!
