This week's video is Anpan, sweet red bean buns.
This bread is probably very familiar to people in East Asia.
It's a nostalgic bread that reminds me of my childhood.

▶Ingredients (12 servings)
290g Bread flour
*For those who are in North America, I recommend using All-purpose flour for this bread. It's softer and moister.
50g All-purpose flour
170g Whole milk
50g Whole egg
40g Granulated sugar
10g Corn syrup
5g Sea salt
5g Instant dry yeast (gold)
50g Unsalted butter
600g Sweet red bean paste
*You can get it in the Japanese grocery store.
* Storage: Bread continues to age after baking, so it is best eaten the same day. Once completely cooled, seal and store at room temperature for 2 days or frozen for approximately 2 weeks.
