Swiss Business Class in 2023: Trying the NEW A321 NEO

In this video, I'll take a new Airbus A321 from London Heathrow across to Zurich in Switzerland, the home of Swiss.
All in all, a pretty decent experience with Swiss. Greatest downsides were without doubt the seat, which like so many fellow European short-haul business class products let's the experience down considerably when compared to competitors outside of Europe.
The food however and the crew was excellent and more than enough to round off a good experience overall with Swiss on this short route across Western Europe.

So good right! The business parking is a slightly upgraded parking option with the car park closer to the terminals. They also operate little more private minibuses which run more regularly so less hanging around for the bus generally which can be nice, especially when returning in the winter months! 😅
