As soon as all hell broke lose at work, I couldn't wait to come home, cry for a while and then take out everything on the mat. This workout lived up to that 💪

One of my favorite things about hard days at work…coming home and taking it all out on the yoga mat! And to think, some people go to the bar and drink! 😂 I love teaching this to those in recovery!!! Go home and lift heavy!

This is my story, I had 240lbs before 6 months. Than I started to walking every day 7k steps, and drink 3L water per day. Than I started to workout, 3 times per week on start, than 4 times per week. All workouts were at home without equipment, most of workouts were from this channel 🤗 I also took diet plan from wbsite Onlymeal, and now I have 160lbs 💪

I am doing this later in the day, so I did not encounter any tech difficulties. Thanks for fixing them. My arms definitely felt the burn today. I have asked Santa for heavier weights for Christmas. I'm pretty sure that I have been a good girl 😉! Happy Friday everyone!

Good morning squad, I couldn't find the online training this morning but I waited because this new training is great. Sometimes it can happen that there are bugs and the workouts don't load at the appointed time. But I am and always will be here to support Sydney.

I have been doing your workout consistently for a few years, and you really helped pull me out of a tough time in my life. I had let myself go in a lot of ways, and now in my 30's I can say I am feeling much happier and healthier than I was in all of my 20's. Usually do 15-20s for my rows but I bumped it up to 25s today and felt great. Getting stronger everyday!
