never used to stretch - started these weekly stretches with Sydney then moved up to 3x per week - now I do the stretch 5x per week - what a difference. Looking forward to week 2 of Ignite.

Depends on the stretch - if I like it I do the same one all week. If not I switch it up. I don’t like sitting for stretches so the ones where we are not sitting are my favs

Good morning, Sydney Squad. I’m thankful for today’s stretch after walking outside this morning and a challenging week of workouts. I also needed this stretch today because I didn’t sleep well last night after a stressful couple of days at work. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our workout.

Most (80%)of your subscribers are ♀️, I am almost positive. I am male and I have been doing your stretches since July. So many stretch routines, amazing. This one was particularly great, because I have been pushing my body hard this week. my muscles have been sore and I am sure this stretch would help that.

I never take the time to stretch. Even when I was running marathons , I never took the time to properly stretch. I do your workouts six days a week, but usually take Sundays off. My goal this year was to work on stretching. I absolutely LOVED this . I put on some relaxing piano music , dimmed the lights in my basement, and did this stretch workouts I’m hooked.. I feel amazing ..physically and mentally !!!!

I literally couldn't sleep today bcs my muscles were so sore and they were aching. I really needed this. Stretching is not my fav thing to do and I never make it a priority but this years I want to focus more on it!

This was my first time doing the stretch video. My husband and I did it before bed, it was very relaxing. What a great way to finish up our first week of Ignite.

Omg this was incredible! Every time I do one of Sydney’s stretches I’m reminded that I need to make more effort into doing the stretches! I always feel like I need to get my body extremely pumped and moving at the start of the day with like HIIT workouts but these stretches are what I need most. Thank you for the incredible content. Can’t wait to start Arise program in a couple days ❤️❤️

I have really bad sport injuries and I have been seeing sport doctors and chiropractors and nothing has have helped my lower bask pain and injuries better than Sydney’s stretches… I recommended her to all my friends … thank U so much for being this amazing at what you do…

I do the stretch every week and most days I am laughing at my lack of agility and how I look vs. Sydney - but like she always says we are all in our own place. But today was PERFECT =- really loved and I feel sooo good. I tagged this one to repeat and repeat!

This was one awesome stretch session and will do again, I am so not flexible. I bought some yoga blocks to try to help me out some. My intention this year is to get some stretching in at least twice a week... Hopefully as time goes by to add another day or two. I really need it... Thank you Sydney!! ✌🏻

Really starting to feel the benefit of regular stretching. Set myself a goal of daily stretching in November and was over the moon when I could touch my toes! Now try to stretch at least a couple of times a week...thanks Sydney!
