never used to stretch - started these weekly stretches with Sydney then moved up to 3x per week - now I do the stretch 5x per week - what a difference. Looking forward to week 2 of Ignite.

Depends on the stretch - if I like it I do the same one all week. If not I switch it up. I don’t like sitting for stretches so the ones where we are not sitting are my favs

This one was particularly great, because I have been pushing my body hard this week. my muscles have been sore and I am sure this stretch would help that.

I never take the time to stretch. Even when I was running marathons , I never took the time to properly stretch. I do your workouts six days a week, but usually take Sundays off. My goal this year was to work on stretching. I absolutely LOVED this . I put on some relaxing piano music , dimmed the lights in my basement, and did this stretch workouts I’m hooked.. I feel amazing ..physically and mentally !!!!

Omg this was incredible! Every time I do one of Sydney’s stretches I’m reminded that I need to make more effort into doing the stretches! I always feel like I need to get my body extremely pumped and moving at the start of the day with like HIIT workouts but these stretches are what I need most. Thank you for the incredible content. Really starting to feel the benefit of regular stretching. Set myself a goal of daily stretching in November and was over the moon when I could touch my toes! Now try to stretch at least a couple of times a week...thanks Sydney!
