Good morning! I needed this stretch after this week’s workouts. I’m going to go for a walk this morning before our weather change this afternoon in Missouri. I’m going to do this stretch before our workouts. I can’t believe that we’re in the last four days of our Dirty 30 challenge. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.
