To be honest, I'm not a fan of the giant sets like this where I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over and over - I feel like I lose my gumption about halfway through and get bored with the same exercises. BUT there is not a single centimer of my body that isn't sweating right now, so I'd say I crushed it. Not every workout will be a favorite for everyone, but I'm super grateful to be getting these awesome workouts for free. Can't complain about that!

Totally agree! I didn't like that a major chunk of the workout was the same thing over and over, and I also lost my drive to go 100% after about the third go with it. I still did it tho hahah. Sydney is truly a bad B, and she always gives her most

I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED this entire Summertime Fine program!!! I haven’t missed a day!! Sydney is not only a BEAST with our hardcore training she has a heart of gold!!! I LOVE that I am continually challenged & pushed to go above what my mind makes me “think” I can do!! Like Sydney says our bodies are capable of so much more!! I actually feel like when she’s talking that she is speaking directly to me! And when she says I love you at the end I always tell her I love her back! Thank you for the pep talk it really applies to my life right now as I am traveling and staying with family so it’s hard for me to find a physical place to work out and to take my walks in. However, your pep talk reminded me to feel pride and joy when I do make it work.

Something that I’m going to do today is spend some quality time with my best friend. I haven’t seen her in a week and it’s going to be good to see her and talk to her. I’m proud of myself for doing every workout since my breakup. I let go of the fact that I was tired to do today’s workout. I hope everyone has a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch.

I am also having a cold right now, but i pushed through, but I was really impressed about the high energy Sydney has. I had to take a one minute break extra, because my energy level was a bit lower than usual! I am proud of us for having done this Spicy workout❤

I missed this day during summertime fine. This cardio for some reason killed me! This was so hard for me to get through, I did the slight modifications and took a little longer rest period. Dang!! THanks, Sydney!

The something that will make me happy today is drinking a cup of coffee, doing a mini-jigsaw puzzle, and listening to a podcast before I start saturday chores (and getting the kids to do their saturday chores). Your videos give me the strength to make it through the days!

Now I’m going to go prep for a barbeque that we’re going to this afternoon (after I shower lol - I definitely earned this sweat today) what makes me happy about prepping for this barbeque is that we are all keto and or vegan! Hi Sydney! My kids joined in at the last two rounds and watched me and tried to workout along with me. My son loves your dances and thinks they're funny and silly so I danced along with you to make him laugh. I asked what makes him happy and he said "I don't know" but really I think it makes him happy to run around all day and do whatever he wants. LOL! Thank you for this intense workout. I needed it and I loved it.

It’s been a while since I pause during workout but I had to after the second round of the last set. But I’m proud cuz it was just a 60 sec rest instead of the 15. I made it all the way through and I’m proud of myself

im coming back to comment everyday :) Day 1: I only managed to do 10 mins before i felt like passing out. I have never felt my heart race that fast god, this workout is intense and amazing!! I will try again tmr, goal: 15 mins, current weight: 95.6kg. Day 2: Oh my god, this was one the most incredible things i have ever experienced. I FINISHED THE WHOLE WORKOUT!!! I did take a few breaks in between but i didnt sit down he WHOLE TIME. This is the most intense workout i have done in a very very long time and i am so proud of myself for completing it. I was just in shock at how fast the session went. Thank you sydney, for motivating me to lead a happier and healthier life :). I will be back again tmr, goal: NO BREAKS, current weight: 94kg

Did this out of town and low impact in a hotel tonight. Great workout even with the mods I needed so as not make anyone mad downstairs. 💪🏼

Wow! This workout was more tough mentally than physically! But I gave it my all and finished!

Wow I extremely underrated this workout...I did strict push ups instead of broad jumps and regular burpees instead of inch worm due to limited space
