To be honest, I'm not a fan of the giant sets like this where I feel like I'm doing the same thing over and over and over - I feel like I lose my gumption about halfway through and get bored with the same exercises. BUT there is not a single centimer of my body that isn't sweating right now, so I'd say I crushed it. Not every workout will be a favorite for everyone, but I'm super grateful to be getting these awesome workouts for free. Can't complain about that!

Totally agree! I didn't like that a major chunk of the workout was the same thing over and over, and I also lost my drive to go 100% after about the third go with it. I still did it tho hahah. Sydney is truly a bad B, and she always gives her most

im coming back to comment everyday :) Day 1: I only managed to do 10 mins before i felt like passing out. I have never felt my heart race that fast god, this workout is intense and amazing!! I will try again tmr, goal: 15 mins, current weight: 95.6kg. Day 2: Oh my god, this was one the most incredible things i have ever experienced. I FINISHED THE WHOLE WORKOUT!!! I did take a few breaks in between but i didnt sit down he WHOLE TIME. This is the most intense workout i have done in a very very long time and i am so proud of myself for completing it. I was just in shock at how fast the session went. Thank you sydney, for motivating me to lead a happier and healthier life :). I will be back again tmr, goal: NO BREAKS, current weight: 94kg

Something I haven’t done in a while is spend time with my 90-year-old grandmother who lives in Peru. I’m in Peru now all the way from Boston. I pulled up this workout and completed it while she rooted me on. I painted my nails! That’s my thing I did for myself! It’s hard with two toddlers to make time for yourself but I learned my kids see me taking care of myself and good parenting is 90% being an example and displaying your morals and values, and 10% teaching/ talking. I have ABSOLUTELY LOVED this entire Summertime Fine program!!! I haven’t missed a day!! Sydney is not only a BEAST with our hardcore training she has a heart of gold!!! Recently got a break from work and it is 100% what I needed. I didn’t have time to do the things I love, like workouts, sewing, and taking a nice warm bath. I am blessed that I have the time do all those things today. Cant wait to start embroidery again! ❤️

Ok so I hated every minute of that lol I was dying from the get go and knew it would only get worse BUT I kept moving amd I finished it strong, and I’m proud that I made it to the mat today. That hasn’t been happening lately and I do miss it. The other thing I kept thinking is Sydney isn’t feeling well and she’s doing it so as always you inspire me to keep moving. I did workout Day 83 immediately after the previous workout (Day 82) just to test my cardio endurance and just to empty the tank and take myself to the limit. Wow!!! I am so proud of myself to not be afraid to challenge myself. It was so worth it! I know for sure that my cardio endurance is STRONGER today because of Coach Sydney! Thanks Coach 🤙🏼

You realize how good is Sydney at pushing us when I find myself modifying some exercises to make them more difficult just thinking about how proud she would be if she saw me. When she said “standing mountain climbers” I first heard mountain climbers and I was like “oh god no I hate them” but still started doing then when I looked at the TV and saw her doing the standing (which for me are WAY easier)- I said to myself “well you just started the mountain climbers you’re going to keep pushing this way, it must be some kind of sign 😂”. I hate mountain climbers so much, but there’s nothing better than being able to overcome what challenges us the most! Loved this workout Sydney, greetings from Argentina ❤️

I done this workout after my 48-hr AZ vaccination . I felt my joins got rusty and soreness muscle from head to toes after vaccinated. I got a proper sleep then done this workout to pick up my energy in Sunday morning. Big sweat and a lot amount of hydration to begin my day ! Thank you Sydney🙏

Something that I’m going to do today is spend some quality time with my best friend. I haven’t seen her in a week and it’s going to be good to see her and talk to her. I’m proud of myself for doing every workout since my breakup. I let go of the fact that I was tired to do today’s workout. Sydney, I just want to thank you for your time and convenience for me to do this workout in my tiny apartment bedroom while I am in college in classes to become a pediatric occupational therapist. As someone who wants to work in healthcare and working to benefit the health of others, I am sure you understand just how important it is that we take care of ourselves in order to care for others. It's hard to fit this workout in my day in between studying, but it felt so worth it, just to get to release some stress.

I usually do Carolyn Girvan exercises but sometimes her exercises are a bit complicated . This is the first time I watched Sydney’s routine. The routine is more simple than Carolyn’s routine but at the same time very effective . I am going to give this workout a go .

Hi Sydney! My kids joined in at the last two rounds and watched me and tried to workout along with me. My son loves your dances and thinks they're funny and silly so I danced along with you to make him laugh. I asked what makes him happy and he said "I don't know" but really I think it makes him happy to run around all day and do whatever he wants. LOL! Thank you for this intense workout. I needed it and I loved it.
