I love the plank crunch, the weighted v- ups, and standing knee drive cross over. Honestly, I like them all😀

Oh and I don't mind mermaid crunches, but I can't use a heavy weight. Just about 5lbs. It hurts my neck. 😒

I'm comin' for ya abs! I have noticed my core has gotten so much stronger since I found Sydney Cummings and really started to dial in on my nutrition. I'm hoping to really see those abs popping before my 40th birthday next month 🙌 #goals

I was doing P90X the summer I turned 40 and did not see results like this..eating a Whole30 diet. It wasn't enough. I started summertime fine 2.0 right befote I turned 42 and I can see and feel the difference. Not bashing p90x, it os a good program, I needed the daily live interaction and macro help.

This workout went by so fast and it was so much fun! I did flutters with ankle weights and was able to pull it off, yay! Sometimes I feel like Sydney can read my mind. When we were doing supermans with rotation, I was thinking how I am not rotating enough, and just then she said not to worry about that. Superior coach indeed! PS this outfit is sooo pretty 🤩

I got to say I was nervous to do 30 minutes of ABS with 45 seconds 2 rounds of each move, however after doing this workout my abs feel stronger and I am so happy to have Sydney as my trainer. That was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be, not saying my abs are not on fire because they are, but as always she doesn't work out with you and she supports us the entire way through. Thank you to Sydney and everyone in this group

I usually steer clear of ab workouts bc I do a lot of yoga (which is so much core work as it is) but it’s late in the evening and I didn’t move much today. I figured this would be a good/easy/quick workout that I could sneak into the day so I don’t feel guilty about being a potato all day. I’m not sweating or dying from it, but I suspect I will have an ache in my abs tomorrow. Exactly what I needed. Fun and a good challenge. :)

Great workout, Loved - she worked all parts of the core ❣️‼️ 2nd time doing this work out , completed the workout today. Oh My!! Just took me 50 min. 😆LOL. But I did it , yeah Me 👏👏👏. Sydney is my definite go to when I have the adequate time. Thank you Sydney 🙏🏾 for creating this platform. Doing this August 2024 on the balance program but instead of doing Pilates- I did this because I feel like this is more beneficial for me. Love this work out every time.!

If someone had said to me a few months ago I would enjoy a 30 minute abs workout video, I would have laughed in their face. I must confess I was scared to do this workout, but I really actually enjoyed it! I think cause Sydney works out on a specific part of your core in each exercise it never feels too much. But also by working out with Sydney every day, I can really see the strength in my abs and core coming along. I am amazed! Thanks Sydney!

Let me tell you something, after 2 years of working out these workouts by you Syd, today I felt how strong my core and ABS are 🙅🏼‍♀️💪🏻👏🔥. I did this workout without stoping 👏👏👏 and i am feeling my ABS like crazy 🔥💪🏻👏🙅🏼‍♀️. I just can’t believe how strong i am today 👊🏻🙅🏼‍♀️. In my 20ies i didn’t have body that I have today and i am 41 👊🏻🙅🏼‍♀️🔥👏💪🏻. I am so proud of myself. And so thankful 🙏🏻🙅🏼‍♀️❤️💪🏻👏🔥. Love you Syd 🤗❤️🔥💪🏻👏🇳🇱

Started this thinking most of them will be bodyweight. And then Sydney uses dumbbells and I think hmm I should try that and I’m IMPRESSED with how strong my core has become! There was a time when I wasn't able to last through this work out let alone Crush the entire workout with weights! Having had 4 invasive abdominal surgeries in 2017 I've struggled to endure through lots of ab workouts. Not today--felt strong and was able to do all the moves and added the weights in! Thank you Sydney! This is only because I've stayed consistent in working out with you everyday since 2018 and getting stronger ever since! Keep crushing it squad!!!

It was hard to focus on challenging myself when I was just trying to do the moves right and not fall over 😂😅 looking at you, any side plank move 😂but trying to remind myself that that was the challenge for today! I’ll give myself grace for trying something new, and next time I can up the resistance and really get a good burn! 🔥 Sydney has helped me so much to keep a positive mental attitude. Thanks lady! ❤️

I love to work on core strength. This brings so much benefits not only in the workouts. I had a lot of back pain in the past, but since i do workouts on a (almost) daily basis, they're totally gone.

Oh, Sydney!!! This one was amazing!!! I crushed it!! My favorite move was the V- sit crunch! I was so proud of myself! After almost 3 weeks of working out with you, I am seeing ab lines, and my core strength has become amazing!! I was actually able to to a full V- sit crunch and hold at the top!!!! Thats a huge accomplishment!! I've never had ab lines and definition before. I am 14 months into my weight loss journey and 60 lbs down. I was always afraid of weight training and being sore after, but now I look forward to it all!! I will be using your workouts to help me finish my journey and keep watching to maintain!! You, Sydney, are by far my favorite KZbin trainer!! I love you!! Thank you so much for helping me regain my confidence!!!
