Boy was this hard or what after the 30 MINUTES one!!!!! Crushed it. Working on my arm and core strength this month and that was perfect. Bodyweight is so hard and so challenging. Thanks Sydney. Did a 20 minute full body stretch after this.

SO excited that I did this one right after the last one. At first I was shaking and thought maybe I couldn't finish BUT reminded myself how accomplished and proud I would be if I finished and finished HARD, and well.... I DID :D Might I say, that side tricep pushup has become one of my favourite exercises, it was so hard, yet so fun. Odd, I know ;)
